"Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times"

 

Tai Chi and Chi Kung are ancient Chinese exercises designed to promote physical fitness and mental health by creating a harmony between the body and mind. This is done with the breath ("Chi") and teaches a whole new perspective on how the body works in everyday life.

The 8 Tigers Academy of Tai Chi & Chi Kung is dedicated to promoting and teaching the general principles and practice of Tai Chi & Chi Kung to the Western New York community, through seminars and adult education courses.  Go HERE for more information about our style of Tai Chi.

All our teachers have many years experience in their respective fields. They also share one thing in common -- a love for exploring with students new areas of study and experience in the Chinese arts and sciences.
